Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about playing on Courtix. Can't find your answer? Reach us at info@courtixpadel.com.

Go to Compete → My Leagues and tap your league, then open the Schedule tab. You'll see every fixture for the season grouped by week, with the date, time and opponent for each one. You can also subscribe your fixtures to your own calendar app straight from that tab, so they're saved and stay up to date automatically if anything ever changes.

Go to Compete → My Leagues and tap your league — it opens straight onto the Dashboard tab. You'll see the current league standings, your prize fund and season length, and your next couple of upcoming matches.

Once your match has Ended, head to the Schedule tab and tap Submit Result on that fixture, then enter both teams' scores. Your opponent then gets the chance to confirm it or dispute it if their numbers don't match. Once confirmed, the result updates the league table automatically.

Tap Sign Up at the top of any page and work through the short setup — username, playing ability, age group, location and preferred playing times. It takes less than a minute.

Browse leagues on the Compete page and open the one you want to join, then tap Enter This League. Search for your partner by their Courtix username — they'll get an invite in their notifications. Once they accept, you'll both need to complete payment to confirm your spot.

Each week, matches are split across the venue's available time slots (for example 7–8pm or 8–9pm) at random. Your exact time for each week is shown on your Schedule tab, confirmed in advance.

A win is worth 3 points, a loss is worth 0. Teams are ranked by total points; if teams are level, it's decided by head-to-head result, then game difference, then total games won.

When you're asked to confirm a submitted result, you can dispute it instead and enter what you believe the correct score was. Disputed matches are flagged for us to review manually, and we'll follow up with both teams to sort it out.

If neither team submits a result, the match is voided and doesn't count for either side. If only one team submits and the other never responds, that submitted score stands and the non-responding team is recorded as a forfeit — so it's always worth submitting your result even if you're not sure your opponent will.

Fixtures can’t be rescheduled. The schedule is set when the league is published, and moving one match has a knock-on effect on everyone else’s week.

If something genuinely outside your control stops you playing, such as injury, email us at bookings@padelcomps.com and we’ll look at it.

Otherwise the match is recorded as a forfeit and you’ll lose the points for that game.
